Permanent jewellery, also known as welded jewellery, is fine chain that is welded together to your exact fit as either a bracelet, anklet, or necklace. This means no more poorly fitted jewellery, clasps, or forgetting your jewellery when you leave the house.
Yes - until it is cut off or snags. Permanent does not mean it is indestructible. How long it lasts depends on your lifestyle. We check the integrity of weld before you leave to ensure it is completely secure. If it breaks, keep hold of it and we can re-weld it for you. See our warranty below.
We offer sterling silver, gold fill, and solid gold. Silver will tarnish but can be polished. Gold fill is a very thick gold plating which may wear with time (we estimate 1-5 years before seeing some discolouration depending on your individual lifestyle). Solid gold will never tarnish! We can also do special orders for rose gold.
Absolutely not - your safety is our top priority! We use a high quality welding machine with safety mechanisms and skin protection during the process. It will not zap your skin. You will be provided with eye protection during the process.
We can offer jewellery to anyone over the age of 8 years old. Under 16's must be accompanied by a guardian.
Your jewellery is permanent but not unbreakable! It does require care to prevent snapping, stretching and tarnishing. We ensure the integrity of your jewellery before you leave your appointment. In the event that your chain breaks, we will repair it for free - forever, so long as you have kept your chain. Tarnishing is not covered by warranty and is part of normal wear and tear.

This is a personal item and there are strictly no refunds or returns. We are not responsible for lost chains or allergic reactions to metals.
Your jewellery does require some special care. If it catches on something it may stretch or snap. If this happens, keep it in a safe place and we can weld it back together.

Sterling silver will tarnish over time and you can clean this simply with a silver polishing cloth to bring back its shine.

Solid gold can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a soft toothbrush with mild dish soap if required.

Gold fill requires extra care to prevent permanent tarnishing which will happen over time. Harsh chemicals, perfumes and mineral pools will cause it to tarnish faster. Tarnishing on gold fill is irreversible.

Yes no problem, the small amount of metal will not set off metal detectors.
If you have to remove your jewellery for any reason, simply cut your chain off with some wire snips or sharp scissiors. If you hold onto it, we can happily weld it back together for you when you feel like wearing it again.
Your doctor will most likely ask you to remove it. If this is the case, cut it off with some wire snips or sharp scissors and keep it in a safe place. We will happily weld it back together for you afterwards.

Jewellery can sometimes discolour the skin due to a non-harmful reaction between the metal in the jewellery and the acids in your skin. Cosmetics, soaps, sweat, and even clothing can alter your ph which can exacerbate it. This reaction can cause the metals in the jewellery to oxidize, resulting in discoloration of your skin. Don't worry, it isn't harmful and will wash off, and is not a reflection of the quality of the jewellery.
